Quality Life, a local non-profit serving adults with disabilities is excited to announce the organization’s first major residential project - The Village at Scull Creek. The estimated completion date is December 2007.
The project dedication will include a short ceremony and tour of one of the apartments nearing completion. The event will be held at the site on September 26, 2007 at 10:00 AM.
The Village is a 54-unit apartment community designed to be 100% accessible for individuals with disabilities. Through the Universal Design features, the owners have created a community for occupancy by all, whether disabled or not. “The larger vision of The Village is to create a model community for inclusion,†stated Crosby Cromwell, Director of Marketing and Development.
Quality Life is a local non-profit, founded in 2000 by Jack and Lynne Alexander, whose daughter received a traumatic brain injury in a 1983 car accident. The mission of the organization is to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
