About Us

Our founders, Jack and Lynne Alexander of Mulberry, Arkansas, were inspired to form Quality Life Associates when their daughter Kathy suffered a traumatic brain injury in a car accident at the age of 17. Since the early days when the focus of QLA was on traumatic brain injury, we have broadened our scope to embrace all individuals with disabilities.

Through a diverse range of programs, in partnership with other community services, we are able to increase the quality of life of people with disabilities in Northwest Arkansas.

What We Do

Quality Life Associates offers residential and community-based services and programs for individuals with disabilities.

Our programs are continually evolving in response to the needs of our community, so please feel free to contact us with questions about current programs and services, and to discuss how we can best meet your needs. Please also visit our blog to see the latest news.

Our vision is summed up in these words: “Envisioning independence for people with disabilities.” Our mission is to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities. We accomplish this goal by providing nurturing environments, life-enriching experiences, and support services for individuals with a broad range of special needs.
